ADMISSION

Eligibilty
The courses are open to Matriculates, Higher Secondary, 10+2 , Graduates and Post Graduates in any discipline from any Board / University recognized by UGC.

Registration & Admission
1. A candidate seeking admission to a SoftBrain course should submit the applications for admission on the prescribed form attached here with. Applications are neither acceptable on the copy of the prescribed form nor on a plain paper.
2. The application form complete in all respects and accompanied with a registration fee and under mentioned documents is remitted to the office of the Softbrain, Chandigarh.
          a. An attested copy of the Matric certificate.
          b. Four passport size latest photographs.
          c. A photocopy of Residence Proof.
3. The institute reserves the entitlement to refuse admission to any student.
4. The admission shall be provided on first come first serve and merit basis. The admission seats are limited for each course. The students are best advised to apply in time to secure admission and avoid disappointment. The students whose results are awaited or their mark sheet has not been provided well in time, will be admitted on Provisional basis, subject to their fulfilling the stipulated admission qualification later on.

Payment of Fee
1. Fee is payable in advance at the time of admission in cash / D.D. In case of D.D. it should be in favor of "SoftBrain Informatic Technology Pvt. Ltd." Payable at Chandigarh, and an official receipt should be obtained from the office counter.
2. The payment of fees is to be made in lump sum or under the installment scheme as prescribed by the SoftBrain.
3. Admission Fees               :     300/-
     Examination Fees          :     500/-
     Prospectus, ID-Card & Master Assignment Fees   :    400/-     
     Tuition Fees                     :     as per Course mentioned in Prospectus

Note : Complete Registration Fee are compulsory for all students Payable in Advance at the Time of Admission who Enroll with SoftBrain. Registration Fee once paid shall not be refunded Reason what so ever may be.
Note : The Payment of Tuition Fees is to be made in lumpsum or under the Installment Scheme as prescribed by the SoftBrain. First Installment of Tuition Fee will have to be deposited at the time of Joining the Course.
1. The Tuition Fees and other charges once paid will not be refundable under any Circumstances.
2. Next Installment will be deposited 5th of following month irrespective of Date of Joining or within 30 days of Course Joining, whichever is earlier.
3. All Amounts including Fee must be paid by the prescribed Date mentioned above. Defaulters will be liable to a Fine of Rs 10/- per day till 25th of the month, there-after the name shall be struck off the rolls. A Re-Admission can be sought after paying the Rs. 100/- Re-Admission Fee, along with all Fines and Dues.
4. Duplicate ID Card will issue after paying the Rs. 50/-.
5. All Students are expected to be Disciplined and maintain decorum of the Institute throughout the Course.
6. *"Duration of the Course" means the Period during which you will take Coaching | Training in the Institute. Holidays Declared by the Institute or taken by you, will be the part of this Period. Extra time will be at the Discretion of the Institute.
